1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the cudwin website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible via cudwin.net.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account with cudwin and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration with cudwin.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's cudwin account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other bonus amounts credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using any accepted payment method, excluding bonus credits.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required of all Players before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, and ancillary services made available through the cudwin Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the cudwin Platform in any capacity, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing cudwin on behalf of a third party or using an account registered by another individual, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to do so and that the registered account holder has likewise agreed to these Terms.

cudwin reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

3 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the cudwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is imposed in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. cudwin employs mandatory age verification procedures for all new accounts. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any balance — including deposits — may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

cudwin is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Players accessing cudwin from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a cudwin account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete , and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address;
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions in full;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a cudwin employee;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or gaming prohibition applicable in the Philippines;
• Not already hold an active or previously suspended cudwin account.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account with cudwin. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cudwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts. Where fraud or deliberate deception is identified, the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cudwin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cudwin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify cudwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

cudwin is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (passport, SSS card, PhilSys ID, driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. cudwin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after the initial twelve-month inactivity period, as detailed in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their cudwin account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cudwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their account for the current list of available options.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the Cashier section. cudwin does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party processing fees may apply depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method. cudwin aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes under standard conditions; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

5.4 Currency

The primary transactional currency on cudwin is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT transactions are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. cudwin is not responsible for currency conversion losses where a Player's bank or e-wallet applies additional exchange rate margins.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

cudwin operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. cudwin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to delay or decline transactions where money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime is suspected. Such cases may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available through the cudwin Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. The specific conditions applicable to each promotion will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

cudwin actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, cudwin reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abusive activity.

6.4 Promotion Availability

cudwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to its withdrawal will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

7 Game Rules and Betting

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games available on the cudwin Platform utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers whose software and processes are independently certified. cudwin does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so in live dealer environments.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on cudwin. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. cudwin reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time and without prior notice. Players who consistently place maximum bets across multiple markets may have individual limits applied to their account.

7.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in incorrect odds or game credits being displayed, cudwin reserves the right to void any bets placed under those erroneous conditions. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance. cudwin accepts no liability for losses resulting from reliance on erroneous information.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting on cudwin — including markets for PBA, NBA, UFC, Premier League, boxing, and other covered events — is governed by cudwin's sports betting rules, which are displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at cudwin's discretion during live events.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cudwin Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using an account in another person's name;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cudwin staff, support agents, or other Players;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restrictions or self-exclusion orders;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any cudwin software.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cudwin Platform — including but not limited to the cudwin brand name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, software code, text, promotional materials, and the overall site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of cudwin or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any Player a licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any cudwin intellectual property without prior written consent.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cudwin Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure or breach of these Terms.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

cudwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with cudwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cudwin implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect Player data. However, no online data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Players are encouraged to maintain strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication on their accounts.

cudwin will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification services where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cudwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party system failures.

cudwin's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cudwin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, and force majeure events — including natural disasters, government actions, and network outages — may result in temporary service unavailability for which cudwin accepts no liability.

12 Responsible Gaming

cudwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time.

cudwin enforces a strict 21-year minimum age requirement and reserves the right to suspend any account pending age verification at any time. 13 Suspension and Termination

13.1 Termination by cudwin

cudwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a breach of these Terms is identified; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is detected; a Player's identity or age cannot be verified to cudwin's satisfaction; or where continued operation of an account would present a regulatory risk to cudwin.

13.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of an account, cudwin will conduct an audit of the account activity. Where no breach of these Terms is found, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after the completion of KYC procedures. Where a breach is confirmed, cudwin reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part, as permitted by applicable law.

13.3 Appeals

Players who believe their account has been suspended or terminated in error may contact cudwin's support team at [email protected] to initiate an appeal. cudwin will endeavour to respond to all appeals within five (5) business days.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to your use of the cudwin Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting cudwin's support team. cudwin will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice from the Player.

15 Amendments to These Terms

cudwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, cudwin will notify registered Players via email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree to any revised Terms may close their account in accordance with Section 4.4. It is each Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
